iClimate Student Ambassador Program
Who are iClimate Student Ambassadors?
Undergraduate students who are passionate about science communication and want to be involved in the McMaster climate/environmental research community. Ambassadors are student leaders who are knowledgeable about iClimate and can explain it to prospective participants.
Ambassadors will gain tangible experience through working with graduate and undergraduate students to build awareness of iClimate, improve their communication skills, and learn about video production and editing!
What do Ambassadors Do?
There are many roles an iClimate Ambassador can fill, and everyone has their own set of strengths and skills. Specifically we are looking for students who can fill one or multiple of the following roles:

- On-Campus Engagement: Perform classroom visits, informing students about the competition and how they can participate.
- Networking: Come to iClimate events, and encourage classmates to as well.
- Communication: Write climate and environmental blogs for the iClimate website.
- Social Media: Help share iClimate posts, help with expanding our outreach (specifically to undergraduate students).
